Upper Room Jiu Jitsu

The Upper Room Jiu Jitsu is a brotherhood of men who train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while striving to live out their faith in Jesus Christ. We believe strong bodies, disciplined minds, and humble hearts are powerful tools for service, leadership, and personal growth.  Our gatherings are focused on learning, encouragement, and accountability—on and off the mats. Jiu-Jitsu teaches patience, self-control, and perseverance, while our faith reminds us to lead with integrity, respect, and compassion.  This group is open to men of all experience levels who want to grow physically, spiritually, and relationally in a supportive, Christ-centered environment.  Come train.
